Fat Blaster Workout that puts your metabolism into overdrive!

It is time to give you a real fat blaster workout. This is not for the faint hearted 🙂 you can do this workout inside and outside, indoors use a treadmill or an elliptical.  For both workouts warm up for at least 5-10 min.

 

Workout:

  1. Sprint 25 yards/m
  2. Lunge  Back
  3. Sprint 50 yards/m
  4. 20 Lunges / 10 Push Ups back
  5. 2 min Break, then repeat
  6. Sprint 50 yards/m
  7. 20 Squat Jumps
  8. Sprint 50 yards / m
  9. 60s Superman
  10. Sprint 50 yards / m
  11. 10 Burpees
  12. Sprint 100 yards / m
  13. 10 one leg squats
  14. Sprint 100 yards / m

Cool Down

10 min CD Run or Jog
