09 Feb Fat Blaster Workout that puts your metabolism into overdrive!
It is time to give you a real fat blaster workout. This is not for the faint hearted 🙂 you can do this workout inside and outside, indoors use a treadmill or an elliptical.  For both workouts warm up for at least 5-10 min.
Workout:
- Sprint 25 yards/m
- Lunge  Back
- Sprint 50 yards/m
- 20 Lunges / 10 Push Ups back
- 2 min Break, then repeat
- Sprint 50 yards/m
- 20 Squat Jumps
- Sprint 50 yards / m
- 60s Superman
- Sprint 50 yards / m
- 10 Burpees
- Sprint 100 yards / m
- 10 one leg squats
- Sprint 100 yards / m
Cool Down
10 min CD Run or Jog
