I am a dad, a fitness professional in my mid forties with a passion to help you recover from injuries and/or get to a performance level you thought impossible. I hold a Master's degree in Sports Science and Sports Medicine and have been in the field for over 20 years.
I dont’ do gimmicks, I don’t use a cookie cutter approach! Instead I provide long lasting success. Training should always be a tool for you to be the best version of you not a method you hold on to for no good reason.
Using evidence-based training, I provide services that don’t require you to live in the gym or jump from diet to diet, or questionable training or cardio plan. I use science to evaluate your current situation and performance and build each aspect of your training may that be strength, cardio, mobility etc on those results. I retest to make sure we are on track. No guess work, no bro-science here.
People get hurt, or have old injuries, they struggle with food or their sports performance or ability to keep up with life. I help you get on top of these aspects and rediscover the joy in training, fitness & performance.
