Why you should work out, even if you are stressed and have little time.

I am sure I am not the only one who is stressed sometimes with work, family and other things. Having free time seems to be a thing of the past and the only activity we want to do is sitting on the couch and rest.

That is the time you want to reward yourself with a workout. Stress and frustration in our life can easily take over everything and skew our perspective. Working out gives us an opportunity to have a feeling of success, getting rid of some nervous energy and clear our mind from the daily clutter that seems to clang around in it.

A workout can give you a feeling of success and an endorphin rush that might be rare at times when things are stressful and you don’t know where your head is. We had quite a stressful weekend and I still made my run yesterday as well as my workout this morning. Both training sessions gave me a satisfaction that helped me through the days more or less sane. This morning one of my personal training clients told me that something went wrong at work over the weekend. Nevertheless he came in and worked out hard, taking care of himself and getting a feeling of success before tackling the issues from the weekend. Now it is your turn.

Always there to help you with your success and questions,

Michael
