Awesome Boot Camp workout

Hello everyone,

this is the first of a series of awesome boot camp workouts I am posting for a client. Feel free to give it a shot. They are not for beginners but are a ton of fun and give you a hell of a workout. Breaks between sets: breaks? You have a 1-2 min breaks between each exercise block, otherwise kick butt and get yourself in shape!
