22 Apr Charlotte – Warm Up Before your Training
I just made a short video about warming up. You will get some reasons why warming up is a good idea and what you need to pay attention to. I am probably going to post a little bit more indepth later on specific warm ups for different sports or training methods that I encounter in personal training or boot camps.
