Personal training has several different advantages:

  3. Safety is another big issue. Personal trainers should be well educated and know the latest research and techniques to keep you safe.
  4. If you seek to increase your performance in a sport like golf, soccer, basketball, etc, personal training can give you the necessary edge to succeed.
